At Limited Run Games, we want you to be completely satisfied with your exclusive apparel. If your purchase doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside the box.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days back to your original payment method.
